The following testimonial is provided to show Ye Olde Clock Shoppe is a local business that can outperform the internet.

January 2, 2008

We ordered a replacement mechanism for our grandmother clock from www.clockworks.com over the internet.  The cost was $79 and we received it in about 10 days.  It was the wrong part.  I contacted them by phone ( 1 whole day - 3 repeated messages to call me ) ( they never did ).   I persisted until I finally spoke to someone & got instrucitons on how to return & get the correct part.  I sent it back at my cost, waited 2 weeks & received the right part, but part of it was broken.  We had to use a part from the original mechanism in order to get it working.  No instructions were included.  The chime & hands don't match & now we have to have it fixed  @ Ye Olde Clock Shoppe

David & Sharon Malchow

The Malchow's spent $79 plus shipping back and forth, for what turned out to be incorrect & broken mechanisms.       Ye Olde Clock Shoppe charges $75
and it takes about a half hour to complete the job.
